What we’re looking for

We employ high achievers, dedicated to making an impact in a changing business world and ready to ride any learning curve. We are looking for fast learners and hard workers who can demonstrate the following:

• Outstanding analytical and communication skills
• Energy, attention to detail, commitment, and enthusiasm
• Ability to interact at different levels of the client hierarchy
• Leading University degree or MBA or equivalent degree
• Interest in management consultancy, economics, and marketing
• Native English speaker, fluency in French a plus
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Organised and able to structure work effectively
• Self-starter, able to take initiative

While it is not an absolute requirement, we value prior internship experience in consulting or any adjacent field (e.g. investment banking, sales and or marketing).
